Kimberly Beck is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for Franciscan Employee Assistance Program in Central Indiana. She earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology from UC Berkeley, and her Master’s degree in Social Work from Indiana University.

Kimberly has worked in the mental health field for nearly twenty years. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, she has certifications in Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and EMDR. She has worked with clients across ages with a focus on adults and adolescents. Her primary clinical attention and interest have been with adult female survivors of trauma though she truly enjoys meeting and working with individuals from various backgrounds and experiences as she considers herself a people person in general. She strives to create a safe, nonjudgemental environment where clients can enter, close the door and leave the world behind them to find personable and professional guidance to where they want to be with their mental well-being.

In her personal time, Kimberly enjoys taking walks, reading, listening to music, movies, and spending time with her family including both human and several fur babies.
